There's no exact release window for this update.
While you can currently view matches that are in-progress, Rainbow Six Siege lacks anything beyond a spectator mode. That's changing at some point in Year 5, as a new update will be bringing a replay mode of sorts. Players can use this mode to check out prior matches and view them from different angles. It's perfect for studying past strategies and figuring out what works, or sometimes, what doesn't.
