Password Manager Solution for a Small Collegiate Club

Hey everyone!

So I have a question that has been bothering me. I am a part of an honor society at school, and we have some passwords that we need to manage. Currently, we share a text file that contains the password (I know, I cringed when I heard to). I am looking to replace this solution with a password manager. My current solution I may implement is a password manager, with a password to be shared to future people. However, I know most of them will forget it, and the password will end up on another text file to be shared, because people are lazy. Has anyone encountered and solved this problem in some other way? Maybe an o-auth solution with my school's emails/passwords? Or is this just a lost cause?
