Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus Dimensions Show Wider Screens Than Predecessors

Earlier today, we showed you another leaked live image of the Galaxy S8, aside from the renders from case makers and rumors about design that we’re picked up in the past period of time. Now it appears that the dimensions for the Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus models have surfaced.

The measurements are from a case maker that also leaked out 3D renders of the phone a while back. The report by GSMArena shows that the larger of the two models, the Galaxy S8 Plus will measure 152.38 x 78.51 x 7.94mm, which means a screen size of about 6.3 inches, without counting the size of its two curved sides.



This means that the actual display for the S8 Plus variant will be larger. Anyway, the Galaxy S8 Plus will actually be taller and wider than the Galaxy S7 edge, showing that Samsung is aiming at upping the size of its upcoming flagships.
