I have a dual boot setup with KDE Neon and Windows 10. KDE Neon always feels consistent (and I even may mention fast) anytime I boot it up. I can't say the same for Windows 10. Sometimes its fast while sometimes sluggish. This is the primary reason why I find myself coming back to using my Linux distro. What is the reason for Windows' inconsistency (or Linux's consistency) at speed?
