President Donald Trump's Twitch account has been suspended for violating the streaming platform's hateful conduct rules. "Hateful conduct is not allowed on Twitch," a Twitch spokesperson said in a statement. "In line with our policies, President Trump's channel has been issued a temporary suspension from Twitch for comments made on stream, and the offending content has been removed." The spokesperson also reiterated a previous statement from the company that politicians are not exempt from its Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, regardless of how newsworthy the content may be.
