My apologies if this is the wrong flair to add. Basically what the title says. Ive been a fan of Linux for about a year now. Ive messed around with a couple distros, which i currently have Mint on my laptop. I run Windows on my pc, which boots from a 250gb ssd and uses a 1tb hdd for storage. I want to add Mint for the dual boot option to my ssd boot drive. If so, will i be able to use my 1tb hdd same i use it for Windows without conflict between the two?
Also my ssd has 130gb available. What would be a comfortable size split of gb for Mint? I was thinkin maybe 80gb of the 130 for Mint. Im an amateur Linux user so my apologies if this is somewhat of a dumb question. This will be my first dual boot. Backup and system image were done an hr ago as "prep". Lol
Thank you for any input!!! ?
