📚 How are my reddit accounts being tracked and monitored by a stalker?

I have a stalker for 1+ year now, and I don't know how but she managed to find all of my accounts, including throwaways and alternate, all with different and unique names. Whenever I checked the traffic stats, it always says there's 1-5 unique people visited my profile, and the page views can range from 5-50. How is it possible that she's able to do this? Is she a hacker? She's like 21 and failing college, and binge on a MMORPG game (i met her from that game), and i can confirm that she's indeed doing this and it's not my delusions or paranoia is at the fact that she's given me subtle hints that she knows all my shit through her social media, as if a quick jab to mess with me.

also this is probably me being paranoid but i just created this account out of fear, and already it has several traffics https://imgur.com/a/S8fdCuI, i post nothing interesting, just questions, then why would anyone even look at my profile, and in the past, before all this was happening, i WAS CONSISTENTLY GETTING 0 PAGE VIEWS 0 0 0 ON EVERY STATS.

on other accounts, the traffic would be as much as 5 unique views and 50 page views, and it goes on for months, not just one occasion, a consistent pattern, there was another account that has 1 unique view with several page views that goes on for months and months, until i called out on suspicion of being stalked, she then admitted it on her social media, she also found my youtube channel, like how?

I got curious and so i checked her livestream and her behaviour was classic of a stalker, she constantly opens her friendlist tabs and click on them to see what they are doing and where they are, this is when i knew it was adding up.

I just want to know how can someone do this? I deduced that she knew i played a game frequently, and all she had to do was search up that game and hope to find my channel and a specific character i play, but my channel has fucking sub 10 subs, and she found it. She then proceed to look at my character's IGN and searched it on google i assume and found my reddit accounts and pages where i openly talk about my character of that game, including disclosing my IGN, which is why if you search the ign up, the reddit post would appear on the search engine. So right, i thought she's not a hacker and it was a simple google search, but she managed to find my other reddit account that has no relation to the game at all, some of them were also throwaways, how the fuck did she find those?

this started in july 2019, and it's still ongoing till now, im so sick of it, she's also spreading all my infos and confessions on reddit to others, etc. I don't know what to do, i installed an antivirus and antispyware malware and all those stuff, got some detected and deleted it.
