I've been a linux systems admin for about 5 years doing basic admin work. I work 2 remote jobs and I've been doing pretty well for myself. At once point I was working 3 remote gigs. I want to reduce the amount of jobs I'm working and maximize my earnings. What should I learn?
A few years ago I thought about getting into AWS but I stopped. Now one of my companies is moving to Docker but I still haven't learned the tool. I don't know any scripting languages, any applications, any automation tools etc. I also don't have a background in IT, I learned Linux and broke into the field.
I want to stay on the infrastructure side of things working with Linux but I need to add to my skill set and become more marketable. What should I do?
