Boot Ubuntu using same files from WSL

Hi, today I started to use WSL and X server on Windows as it is really convenient to run linux programs with no reboot, but I have a question: can I create a dual boot Ubuntu partition which works on the same root directory as WSL does? In this way I could do simple tasks over WSL and for example use some programs which need USB communication access using dual boot.
