tinnitus 0.1 released!

Good evening all,

I threw together a small little toy program for fun today and wanted to share it with everyone. It's pretty rough, and I'm sure there are some bugs, hence 0.1.

The project is called tinnitus, for lack of a better name, and it's meant to play sounds on key-presses and mouse clicks. Similar in concept to qwertickle, tickeys, etc. My goal here was to make something simple, customizable, and unprivileged.
