I have one CentOS 7 VM that throws this error occasionally on boot, or any time I install patches.
XFS (dm-3): metadata I/O error: block 0x26f0180 ("xfs_buf_iodone_callback_error") error 28 numblks 32
I have looked this up many times over the months and ultimately "fix it" by booting from a live CD and running xfs_repair.
Most searches make it sound like its a disk issue, but this is a VM running on a Pure array with 200 other VMs, no others showing issues.
I am almost to the point of reloading it but wanted to see if anyone else has a better idea first.
Thanks so much
