A linux program to create a resume'?

Hey guys, I am looking for a program that can create documents, specifically to create a PDF resume'. Something simple that I can create with a simple text editor like Vim

I DO NOT want to use those bloated office suites or any of that crap.

I have heard of groff/droff stuff, but are they recommended to create resume PDF's ? I am not familiar and never used them.

Any recommendations? I am looking forward to creating documents, like my resume, in an Unix environment.
