Set up a server on Ubuntu 20.04 a week ago. Executable files of programs disappear by themselves, such as LibreOffice, System Monitor, Ubuntu Software, rsyslog, some configuration files from /etc. It happens like this: the GUI hangs, I restart it from another computer via ssh (stop gdm, start gdm), and after restarting I find some apps is gone.
After reinstalling the programs, the situation repeats after a while, during the day

I think it's about the SSD. Plan move server to HDD. Are there any considerations? Sorry for my English
