Microsoft Word/Sharepoint Office File memory corruption [CVE-2013-3857]

A vulnerability classified as very critical has been found in Microsoft Word and Sharepoint (Word Processing Software). This affects some unknown processing of the component Office File Handler. Applying the patch MS13-067 is able to eliminate this problem. The bugfix is ready for download at technet.microsoft.com. A possible mitigation has been published immediately after the disclosure of the vulnerability.
