VMLAUNCH/VMRESUME of the component Permission Check Dereferrer. Applying the patch Xen Security Advisory 75 - Host crash due to guest VMX instruction execution is able to eliminate this problem. The bugfix is ready for download at seclists.org. A possible mitigation has been published immediately after the disclosure of the vulnerability.
