Clubs: Command line using bash scripts. A CLI framework

I create a lot of CLIs using bash. The goal of this project is to cut down on boilerplate code that I use in several different projects. Rather than duplicating code, you just source those functions from clubs.

This project is definitely in the beta phase, but I'm planning on porting over a tool from work to clubs and that will hopefully make it more stable.

In the mean time I'd love to hear your thoughts! Issues, and PRs welcome!
