Linux with an AMD 5800x process temperature weirdness

So I've used intel for a while and when the 5800x launched i upgraded my ancient DDR3 board up to DDR4 with the 5800x. One difference that has annoyed me ever since switching to AMD is the lack of core temps. With intel I was able to see every temp from core0 - core 5. With AMD the best I've been able to get is Temp1, Tctl and Tccd1.

Has anyone been able to figure out why its doing this? and is there a fix. Thanks
