Setting up a local yum repo and running into 403 errors.

Following along with this.

I created symlinks in /var/www/html to the respective folders on a /data partition.

I've verified my httpd.conf is following symlinks

When running yum update on the client, I'm getting 403 on http://<host>/baseos/repodata/repomd.xml

Ive done a chmod 775 in both /var/www/html and /data, done chown and chgrp apache in both locations.

Still no go.

I'm not sure if the instructions missed a step or if there is an extra config that I'm not seeing.
