Converting xrdp/vnc xinput devices back to udev (physical input devices)?

I am the author of kinto.sh and would like to solve a difficult problem I am facing for VNC and xRDP users. Whenever a user accesses Linux remotely your input devices end up emulated in a manner that many udev based remappers cannot transform, but there's much greater flexibility in this approach.

Are there any linux users that may be aware of a work around or solution to this problem, such as an easy way to emulate keyboard HID input via some sort of app. A way to hook into the xinput keyboard device and emulate the keyboard HID from there. Perhaps a raspberry pi even that emulates a keyboard and a way to mount that usb keyboard hid device into the remote session?

Perhaps I am not even on the right path at all, but please let me know what you guys think.
