Specs: i5-8600k, 16 GB ram, GTX 1060 (running on integrated graphics for a good reason, but I tried it using dgpu directly and that didn't change anything)
Currently running Windows 11 and MacOS Catalina, both completely without issue.
Have tried Fedora, Kubuntu, Manjaro, OpenSUSE, Ubuntu, Zorin Lite, and LinuxMint. All of these boot normally, but within 10 seconds of the live installer giving me a desktop environment (on one occasion, Fedora made it a whole two minutes!) the system completely hangs and sometimes it even bothers to reboot. Not possible to drop to a shell with ctrl+shift+fx when this happens. Have tried installing off of USB, and just for shits and giggles, optical media. No clue what's going on here, and as I can't actually install anything or get much done in the few seconds the system runs, my options for diagnostics are kind of limited. This machine has run many flavors of linux in the past without issue (excepting very annoying wayland horseshit), without any hardware changes since then.
