I would like to have a small server (raspberry pi or an old pc) connected to a large screen, and use it to watch netflix or youtube etc The new "smart tvs"…

I would like to have a small server (raspberry pi or an old pc) connected to a large screen, and use it to watch netflix or youtube etc The new "smart tvs" have app like this on their UI that you can select with the remote, and i was wondering if there is an app that does exactly this, that i could control with my phone as a remote ?
