Wifi issues in linux mint 20.3

Hi, i'm kinda newbie using Linux, last week I installed Linux mint 20.3 Mate, I updated the kernel, the programs, everything is up to date. The WiFi was working perfectly, no problem at all, until yesterday when it started to go slow, I did a speed test using www.fast.com and it was way too slow, so I decided to run the test on my phone and it was working perfect. I connected the LAN cable and the connection was good, I unplugged the LAN cable and tried to test the WiFi and it was working perfectly again, so i came back to my room and then the WiFi started wit the issues again, I checked the signal and it was in 74% which is the normal, i'm like five meters away from the router. I reinstalled, the drivers and it didn't work, i'm not using ipv6, the power management of the WiFi connection is off; I did a restore using timeshift and it didn't work either. I have windows 10 in the same drive, I turned off secure boot as i read that used to causes problems, but the WiFi still not working though
