Hello people,
Recently I've been thinking about how so many things that you wouldn't guess at first, actually run on linux, which got me thinking, that infotainment systems on our cars probably run some kind of linux software...
And in that case, how is it not common to hear about people running their own "SO" in their car?
Does anyone have any sort of information on this?
In case you do, do people usually run into trouble because of sensor compatibility and stuff?
I'm asking because i've thought about getting an aftermarket system for my car, but i'm scared that things like multi function buttons on the steering wheel, and info like fuel consumption, not to mention security systems like TC and ABS, could stop working for lack of compatibility.
