Realtek Updates Drivers for Its RTL8152B and RTL8153 USB Ethernet Controllers

Realtek, well known for its network solutions, has made available new driver versions targeted at its RTL8152B USB 2.0 and RTL8153 USB 3.0 Ethernet controllers, namely build 0505.2017, which might improve the adapter’s overall performance and stability.

To be more specific about the released files, users can download driver version 7.030 compatible with Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2 platforms, as well as 8.037 suitable for Microsoft’s Windows 8, 8.1, and Server 2012 operating systems. 

In addition to that, the producer has also made available the 10.016 package developed for Windows 10 OSes. Also, all available packages can be installed on both 32- and 64-bit architectures of these platforms.
