Microsoft Releases Windows 10 Redstone 3 Build 16199

Microsoft has rolled out a new preview build of the upcoming Windows 10 Fall Creators Update, this time with so many more improvements, including a bunch of new features.

First and foremost, Windows 10 build 16199 refines the My People experience with some new goodies, including emoji from pinned contacts. Whenever someone pinned to the taskbar sends you an emoji, you see it directly on the desktop – this is an option that you can disable from the taskbar settings if you find it too intrusive.

Then, contact icons now feature notification badges, while sharing has been enhanced by allowing users to simply drag and drop files on the contacts in the taskbar.

There are also improved game settings, and you can broadcast using game-only audio, while the Audio settings page has been renamed to Game DVR.
