I decided to upgrade my SSD, used Deja Dup to backup Ubuntu. Encountered an error when I went to recover from backup, so I put my old SSD back in to try Timeshift instead, and my partition on the original drive is empty. The Windows install is still in tact but Ubuntu and all my files/preferences are just...gone.
Any advice? In theory I have them backed up via Deja Dup but when I try to recover from backup I'm told "no backup files found" when I use a default location or "invalid filename" if I drag the folder into the program.
