My brother works for an small IT company and is their systems manager and he said that a lot of Linux users in his workspace are knowledge hiders, they are reluctant to share what they know with the rest of the team and it hinders productivity when they do have deadlines and it annoys my brother. Not all Linux users in his workspace are like this, but a lot are, and he's noticed that this trend happens to Linux users and not so much the Windows and Apple users of the company.
Can someone explain this attitude of some Linux users?
