problem getting wifi on any distro

hi everyone, i have been trying to get linux working on my desktop pc but i have not been able to get wifi working on my realtek RTLB813AE chip. I have tried fedora, endeavour and pop os. none of these recognize the card. when i use USB tethering with my phone i do have network, but its incredibly slow and i really do not want to resort to having to do that. if you can provide a fix, i would rather it be for pop os, thanks.
