Windows 10 Redstone 3 Almost Ready, Major Features Delayed

Microsoft has nearly completed work on new features supposed to become available for the production ring in the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update (internally called Windows 10 Redstone 3), so the company is getting ready to start shipping builds as part of the rs3_release branch and focus entirely on bug fixes.

The software giant is expected to sign off Windows 10 Redstone 3 in September and release the final RTM build, but the next few weeks will bring us builds that are entirely focused on fixing bugs and refining the performance of the operating system, a report from WindowsCentral notes.
