Starting point

Can someone give me a good starting point, I have installed pop os and mint before and set up windows dual boot, but I would like to learn some skills that will get me some certifications and maybe even a job eventually. There is just a lot of information out there so if someone here can recommend a video series or a specific yt channel or forum to get me going I would really appreciate it!
