VirtManager defaults to the wrong audio output every time

Hello, I have this annoying situation:

I have a BT headphone and screens with speakers. I have the BT headphone selected as the default audio device and I have also selected "Play all audio through this device" under the hamburger menu.

Whenever there is a sound activated in my virtual guest VirtManager defaults to my screen speakers not the selected BT headphone. I'm purely using the virtual guest for MS teams audio calls all day so this is especially frustrating.
Once call finishes VirtManager disappears from the audio tab.

Kubuntu 23.1, KDE 5.27.8, Kernel 6.5.0-13
