What is difference regarding sandboxing between flatpaks and snaps ?

Hi everyone,

Could you please explain or provide some sources to read by myself what is the difference of sandboxing approach between flatpaks and snaps ? (for ex. pros and cons of each of them sandboxing approaches)

P.S: I know there is kinda a lot hate/dislike towards snaps which I respect but it is purely self-learning question and as some of us has freedom of hate or dislike it, while others have freedom of preferring it. So please be neutral as much as possible. And thanks a lot for your replies beforehand :)
