I am in the process of refreshing my mom's old laptop. Initially I thought about going with Mint since it seems to be the popular choice these days, but she doesn't use the laptop much, and when she does it's basically just browsing and mail (gmail, so browsing) - so I thought a more lightweight distro would be better.
Any recommendations? Laptop is cca 2014 make, i3 cpu and I believe only 4gb of ram.
Preferably I'd like something with Apt since I will be doing the setup and it's the only package manager I have some experience with, been 10 years since I last touched linux.
