Laptop stylus doesn't work on current user after screen replacment

So pretty much thought the replacement screen was a brick or my stylus stop working. Borrowed my sister windows laptop to test to see and my stylus work…

So pretty much thought the replacement screen was a brick or my stylus stop working. Borrowed my sister windows laptop to test to see and my stylus work perfectly fine. Used chatgpt and saw one of it suggestions was creating a new user account to test and I did and started working. So don't know what specific configuration or bug is causing the issue on my current user. I'm hoping someone here can help me out, I don't feel like transferring my files over to a new user on the machine
