Causing this issue because of the dual boot ?

I have dual booted windows 10 with fedora 40 I've tried many things : 1. Disabled Secure Boot 2. Windows Startup Repair 3. Checked Startup Repair Log 4. Attempted DISM Repair 5. Ran DISM Command with Windows Image 6. Ran SFC /scannow 7. Ran CHKDSK 8. Updated GRUB Bootloader
