i want to single boot linux. what are the considerations?

i been using linux for a solid year, i moved to nixos like a month ago and i'm in love. i'm planning to move to single boot nixos without windows in my system. what are the considerations? i don't want to ended up not being able to do things because i moved to linux, because sometimes i just use windows if i want something fast.

i use my pc for gaming, coding, design and stuff. please tell me what are the considerations. thank you
