Although my mindset has improved a lot and I try to avoid negative emotions even when I'm very tired, I still hope to minimize the impact on my physical and mental well-being.

Moving forward, I’ll keep the following in mind:

• Avoid making promises lightly.


• Clearly communicate when there’s truly not enough time.


• Don’t dwell too much on others’ opinions - treat ourselves well.
