Nova's Sneaky Redirect: A Quick Fix

I recently ran into a frustrating issue with Laravel Nova. After logging out, instead of being redirected to my main site's login page, Nova would stubbornly redirect me back to its own login page. This unexpected behavior was a minor inconvenience but nonetheless annoying.

Upon further investigation, I discovered the root cause: a less-known Nova configuration setting called nova.routes.login. This setting, located in Laravel\Nova\Exceptions\AuthenticationException, controls the redirect URL after logout. By default, it's set to /nova/login, which explains the unwanted behavior.

To fix this, I made a simple adjustment to the Nova configuration file. I opened config/nova.php and located the routes array. Within this array, I found the login key and changed its value to /login, which is the URL of my main site's login page.

Here's how the modified configuration looks:
