Linux Developers Have No Clue About Morality and Are Communist

Linux is worked on for free by over 15,000 people based on Github. Not to mention all the software on Linux that are run the same way. None of them are paid properly at all. Sure, they can panhandle for donations on some obscure page somewhere, but this is obviously and undeniably a serious case of grifting. Linus is supreme dictator and central authoritarian of the Linux kernel.

"But they're paid in exposure", pure delusion. You don't get to grift people just because they can gossip about it to please some idiot employer or use it to get goodie points with their dumb friends.

"But they do it voluntarily", yeah, as if it's truly in their interest? Idiots work on Linux for free like walking across the road and getting hit by a semi-trailer is in their best interest. It's not voluntary even, it's no different than taking advantage of a drunk person for sex. There is no informed consent for those idiots.

In the words of the primary creator, the man who tells others to commit suicide for no reason: "I give you source code, you give me your changes back, we're even."

No, Linus. You will never be even with anybody. The only way that would be possible is if you weren't a delusional communist and you just accepted a simple payment for your work. But instead, you are stealing from your developers "voluntarily", panhandling for donations in a convoluted way, and being insanely abusive at the same time to the point of telling others to kill themselves.

Presumably Linus is just racking up covert contracts and making the whole world owe him, for no reason...

This extends past Linus, another example is Richard Stallman - a primary Linux developer. An intentionally stupid loser, also unintentionally stupid, who says you must give up your source code, your trade secrets essentially, and use his unhinged license as if morality needs some guidebook. Don't get me wrong, open source has benefits, but he is undeniably being an intentional and unintentional moron. He even says that all resulting software has to have the same openness and license.

His reasoning? Others need to work for free on your product. He's assuming that anything closed source is spyware. And that you can somehow learn from reading source code of anything.

No Richard. You are not going to learn anything from opening the Chrome source code or anything else like that. If you want to learn, you use proper sources, you don't demand that you get to see the source code of massive projects, and have them dedicate enormous resources to satisfying this stupid form of open source.

And the funny thing is? He knows it is stupid. He doesn't have the same requirements for things like microwaves. He doesn't demand to see the source code in Microwaves. Only on personal computers. What a dud.

If we did everything the way Richard Stallman is very dishonestly pretending to believe in, you could walk into a restaurant, and demand to be in the kitchen. Free kitchen.

I want to contribute to the food! You might poison me! I want to learn how you make my food! Maybe I'll even panhandle outside talking about how I chose a different flavour sauce!

Why oh why, could Linus just not make a proper company, accept a simple payment for his product, and pay his developers what they deserve? It could still be open source, without any license. Truly tragic. And this whole communist ideology has permeated Linux everywhere, with people intentionally making everything intentionally difficult. Commands after commands to run simple software. Forums filled with idiots also working for free, to give you even more commands to type into your console to get things working. Panhandling all over the place. Just terrible.

I say this as someone who uses Linux. It's tragic this is the way it is. I honestly still believe Linux is better than the corporatised Microsoft Windows. I don't know which is more immoral though, bending to Microsoft and their clearly horrible workplace politics, or the communism of Linux.
