I'm building a new PC soon, which distro should i pick

I'm currently considering 3 distros

1. Sparkylinux
2. Pclinuxos
3. Openmandriva rome (rolling)

What's important to me? 1. Rolling release- i want the latest and greatest updates 2. Stability- mininal breakages both of the graphical environment and obviously no breakages that are irreversible of the system itself 3.good graphical configurability- i want to be able to modify things without resorting to tty most pf the time

SO Which of these best suits my desired system
