Is there any way i could make my pc (while fully functional of course) look like a pc from the 2009's?

I really like the way computers used to look like when i was a kid and i want to make my pc look just like one. I m currently about to finish my first semester at a computer science college and I had an OS class that taught me the basics of the linux terminal and stuff like that. I m pretty sure i could do what i suggested but how hard would it be/is there any preset/software i could use made by someone else for this, or do i have to do it by hand?
