Professional : What a day! What I thought would be a super productive day turned into anything but that. haha Had a catch up session with some team members and it was good to speak with them. Started working on some slides for an upcoming event. While working on that and responding to some community questions, I decided to update my other laptop because it was asking me to do it. Yeah, it bricked my machine. Basically spent more time than I would like going through support documents and talking with customer support through chat. After all that, got back to my routine and finished up the stuff I was working on to end off the week.
Personal : So yeah, I'm returning the laptop. Only had it for 14 days and they couldn't give me a replacement. If I sent it in for repair, who knows if they could even fix it. My plan is to buy another one and don't update the BIOS! haha That way, I know it's a new one and not a refurbished one. I have the earlier version of the same laptop and I like it. Most random things will throw off my whole day. Last night, I made sure to set it up that I could get more done by putting together the tracks for the radio show. That's how things go I guess.
One of the things I was hoping to get done earlier was to order the vinyl. I was waiting on the instrumentals of the songs and I think they were uploaded to the folder, but didn't have a chance to check. Going to see if it's there and get the order submitted. I also want to get some models started. Going to try and catch up with the rest of the day.
