Professional : Another chill day. Had a couple of meetings. Spent the rest of the time not feeling too well and trying to do some coding and respond to community questions.
Personal : Last night, went through the projects I'm picking up on Bandcamp this week and put together the social media posts for Friday. Also, I integrated address verification and shipping price calculation into the demo application I've been working on to test things out before putting it into my actual project. There was one part where I needed to convert one set of data from an API to fit the format of another data set so I could pass it into another API and remove any duplicates. I had an idea of how to do it, but I wasn't feeling the greatest to try and tackle the challenge, so I opened up the AI chat and broke down my thoughts. It came back with what I was thinking and even included some things I didn't think of like combining some fields to make it easier to read. Pretty dope! Got to a good stopping point and went to bed.
Getting really close to finishing up this project to launch on Saturday. The test project is coming along. Going to add a shopping cart that will then feed the items into the purchasing and shipping workflow that I worked on yesterday. Think I'm going to need to use the LocalStorage API to persist the data between page changes. Once I get that done, I think I'll be out of the parts unknown and can focus on integrating everything into my site. I'm hoping I get the mockups from the manufacturer so I can include into the site. We'll see. Going to purchase albums on Bandcamp, listen to tracks and work on my site.
