From “Random College“ to Random Opportunities
I go to one of those colleges no startup founder would ever mention in a podcast. No tech fairs. No FAANG recruiters. Just chalk dust and broken fans.
For a while, I let that define me. Then I said screw it and started learning, coding and building in public anyway just after I failed JEE exam.
I built Acadsphere… Then Got Hacked
I created Acadsphere, a tool for students in my university to easily access organized previous year questions with their solutions and prep better.
It got traction during my first semester exam itself. Then comes the plot twist…
Two of my own classmates hacked it.
Yeah that happened. It stung. But I posted the story on LinkedIn and Instagram just to notify the users.
From Hack to Internship
That post?
It caught the attention of a founder, an alum from my college. He saw more than just a hacked app.
He saw someone building, shipping, failing and still going from such a college.
That’s how I landed my first paid internship at Bawse , not because I succeeded, but because I showed up and stayed loud, even when it went wrong.
Acadsphere → Lessons → What I Built Next
After Acadsphere (and the chaos that followed), I didn’t stop building.
I took the lessons, the late nights, and all that messy energy — and started working on something new:
