Over 40% of Steam gamers now rock AMD CPUs for the first time ever, according to the latest Hardware Survey—Intel’s share has dipped to 59% (from 62.3% in March) even as Nvidia still owns nearly 74% of the GPU market. While the survey samples only a slice of Steam users, the month-on-month trend is clear: more PC builders are choosing red team silicon in 2025.
