Bugs, odd behaviors, and critical limitations start surfacing across platforms like Reddit, X, Discord, and developer forums. The challenge? These reports are scattered, hard to verify, and disappear quickly in the noise.

At Scalevise, we decided to solve that problem by launching the GPT-5 Bugs & Issues Tracker.
