AI is becoming a more ubiquitous element of modern computing, and it's growing in use in work too. With ChatGPT offering its Enterprise services, the machine learning technology is introducing new challenges to the workplace and how it is managed.

According to TechCrunch Apple is bringing out tools that will allow IT administrators to manage access to artificial intelligence services. Administrators will be able to restrict and allow employees to use ChatGPT for Enterprise.
