The Story Behind It



Hi, I’m Muskan, and this is EduBridge Urdu — a tool that removes one of the biggest barriers in online learning: English language difficulty.

In Pakistan, thousands of students want to learn from top YouTube lectures and world-class courses like Harvard or MIT. But the language gap stops them.



EduBridge Urdu fixes that instantly.



Students paste any YouTube lecture link → and get the entire lecture translated into simple, WhatsApp-style Urdu, along with Urdu voice-over.

They mute the YouTube video, play the Urdu audio, and finally understand the full lecture with ease.



This project was a huge challenge. I led the team and built the entire AI agent system from scratch. We tried free APIs first — they failed. We rebuilt the pipeline twice. Finally, with a paid AI workflow, we achieved accurate, smooth, student-friendly translations.



Our mission was simple:

Make global education understandable for every Pakistani student.



No language gap.

No confusion.

Just pure learning.









Technical Highlights




  • AI agent pipeline fully built from scratch

  • Full lecture translation (not summary)

  • Urdu text + Urdu voice generation

  • Easy, conversational Urdu tone

  • Frontend built by teammates; AI system integrated by me

  • Scalable pipeline for longer lectures

  • Designed specifically for real student use-cases









Use of Mux (Additional Prize Category)



I used Mux to host, encode, and stream my pitch video.

Mux automatically managed:




  • adaptive streaming

  • video optimization

  • playback URL generation



This let me focus on building the AI learning tool without worrying about complex video processing.



I’m also exploring AI Chapter Generation using Mux AI to enhance future versions.
