Apple Announces macOS 10.14 Mojave with New Dark Mode, Desktop Stacks, and More

After announcing the new features of the iOS 12 mobile operating system for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch devices, Apple unveiled today the macOS 10.14 operating system for Mac computers.

Dubbed "Mojave," macOS 10.14 introduces numerous new features and enhancements, among which we can mention a brand-new, system-wide dark appearance called Dark Mode, desktop stacks where you can organize your files more efficiently, and a new dynamic mode that changes the look of your desktop throughout the day.

The Finder received an all-new view mode called Gallery View that makes it easy to preview images, videos, presentations, documents, as well as numerous other file types. The Gallery View also supports viewing of metadata for images and other files. The screenshot tool was improved as well in macOS 10.14 "Mojave."
