Why I’m Building a "Growth-First" Form Builder (and why I’m giving away unlimited submissions)

Over the last few months, I've been looking at popular form builder software tools and finding an obstacle that I kept running into:

The "Success Tax": As soon as you get traction, the pricing escalates aggressively. Why should someone get penalized for getting more submissions?

So, I decided to build FlowyForm.

I wanted to build a tool that focused on Momentum-Based UX. If a form feels like a chore, people won't finish it. If it feels fluid and interactive, completion rates skyrocket.

Building this for scale meant choosing a stack that could handle real-time sync and high volume:

Framework: Next.js (SSR and SEO performance)

Styling: Tailwind CSS

Icons: Lucide-React

Storage: S3 Object Storage

Why Unlimited?

One of my biggest frustrations with popular form builders was the submission cap. At FlowyForm, I’ve decided to offer unlimited forms and unlimited submissions on the free tier. I want founders and developers to grow their projects without worrying about a massive unexpected bill.

We’ve focused heavily on:

Conditional Logic: Building IF/THEN/ELSE flows that's straightforward.

Vertical-Specific Templates: We've pre-built template forms so you don't have to start from scratch.

Clean Integrations: Direct sync to Google Sheets, Slack, and Zapier that works (and more coming soon!)
